Celtic v Dundee Utd
I always look forward to games between these sides and there have been a few crackers over the years.
Celtic dug in to take the points against Hibs on their last outing, showing good team spirit when reduced to 10 men for the final half hour.
They are also pressing the ball much quicker under Tony Mowbray and don't give opponents a minute's rest.
United have made a habit of making life tough for the Old Firm in recent seasons.
They are well organised and will cause Celtic problems on the break, but I can't see any surprises this time.
Prediction: 2-0
Hearts v Kilmarnock
Hearts picked up their first point last time out and they will be frustrated at losing a late goal in Perth.
They were terrible in the first half against St Johnstone but showed a good attitude to turn it round and take the lead.
I'd like to see them play with two up front, especially at home, because they don't appear to have enough options in attack.
Kilmarnock are a classic hot and cold side and they failed to build on a promising start by losing to St Mirren at home.
Jim Jefferies has a decent record against his old side and I fancy he will take something out of the game.
Prediction: 1-1
St Mirren v St Johnstone
The Buddies did really well to come from behind and beat Kilmarnock last time and they will be full of confidence.
Both of these sides have got a great team spirit and I think this could be a really tasty end-to-end contest, with a few goals.
St Mirren are still looking for their first league win at their new stadium, but they haven't lost too many.
Murray Davidson has impressed me in the St Johnstone engine room and Collin Samuel will cause problems for all defensives in the SPL.
Prediction: 2-2
SUNDAY 13 SEPTEMBER
Hamilton Accies v Hibernian (1500)
Hamilton really need a win and they will take it any way they can. However, I don't think they will get a result this time.
They have been all over the place in the first few games, with the team looking like a bunch of strangers.
Hibs have made an impressive start and were unlucky not to take something from the game against Celtic.
John Hughes has a lot of players with an eye for goal and, although it will be a tough game, I can't see them creaky Hamilton defence keeping them out.
Prediction: 1-2
MONDAY 14 SEPTEMBER
Falkirk v Aberdeen (1945)
Falkirk are yet to pick up a point and already it's looking like a battle for survival between them and Hamilton.
But there have been a few signs of promise from the Bairns, with good spells in all of their games so far.
Having said that, they have also looked short of organisation at the back and they have been punished for that.
Aberdeen will want to get a disappointing 0-0 home draw with Motherwell out their system, but they haven't really clicked yet this season.
They have been underperforming and this could be a bit of a scrap, with the points being shared.
Prediction: 1-1
