Portsmouth v Everton (1245 GMT)

Portsmouth v Everton

Pompey should have won against Middlesbrough last weekend and conceding a late goal will not have helped their cause one bit.

But as good as Everton have been under David Moyes this season, Fratton Park is still a difficult place to go despite the poor results they've had there.

I think this one will end goalless.

Verdict: 0-0

Blackburn v West Ham

Blackburn v West Ham
West Ham have been in decent form recently but they are starting to pick up a few injuries and I feel away from home their young side might suffer.

I think Blackburn under Sam Allardyce have a manager used to being involved in a relegation dogfight and that will stand them in good stead in the coming weeks.

With that in mind I'm going for a much-needed home victory.

Verdict: 2-0

Fulham v Man Utd

Fulham v Man Utd

Although Manchester United won comfortably in the FA Cup a few weeks back at Craven Cottage, Fulham had a few early chances and if they do the same and one of those goes in on Saturday it could be a nervy afternoon for Sir Alex Ferguson's men.

Manchester United have the players to bounce back from Saturday's defeat by Liverpool and although I have heard the argument that they looked tired, I think it was just a case that they had a bad day at the office.

I think if Fulham get the crowd behind them they could earn a point in this one.

Verdict: 1-1

Stoke v Middlesbrough

Stoke v Middlesbrough

Stoke are very reliant on their home form to help them stay in the Premier League and this is a real crunch game for both sides.

I think Middlesbrough have enough good players to withstand the barrage that they are going to get at Stoke and come away with all three points.

I'm predicting an away victory.

Verdict: 1-2

Tottenham v Chelsea

Tottenham v Chelsea

Harry Redknapp's team are on a decent run, are playing good football and also have players, such as Aaron Lennon, who are in fine form.

Chelsea are very much back in the title race. Everyone is talking about Liverpool coming back into it, but under Guus Hiddink Chelsea are the form team and have a real chance of winning the Premier League.

Chelsea will wear them down, keep it tight and grind out a result in this one.

Verdict: 0-2

West Brom v Bolton

West Brom v Bolton

It is still far too early to relegate West Brom. There are enough games left for them to stay up and if they can win a couple of home matches then you never know - but I think they will go down, I'm afraid. I just don't think they have enough about them defensively.

A draw is not a particular good result for both sides, less so for West Brom. But Bolton will go to the Hawthorns and want to come away with something. If they can keep chipping away and picking up the odd point here and there then they should stay up.

Verdict: 1-1

Newcastle v Arsenal (1730 GMT)

Newcastle v Arsenal

Newcastle still have a host of players missing or not quite match-fit and although they got a well-earned point against Hull I think they will struggle against the Gunners.

Arsenal are starting to look like a very good team again and I think they are going to have a very strong finish to the end of the season.

I think the Gunners are going to go there and win.

Verdict: 0-2

SUNDAY

Wigan v Hull (1330 GMT)

Wigan v Hull

Wigan crushed Hull 5-0 earlier in the season but this won't be as one-sided. Steve Bruce's men will have been buoyed by their victory over Sunderland last weekend, their first win in nine games.

Hull would have been knocked for six by the manner with which they lost their midweek FA Cup tie to Arsenal, and events after the game would have aggrieved them also so they really need to forget about all of that.

Hull keep on scraping results here and there but I'm going to go for a home win.

Verdict: 2-1

Man City v Sunderland

Man City v Sunderland

City are back at home so you tip them to win, they are a different proposition when they play at Eastlands.

Sunderland, under Ricky Sbragia's own admission, were beaten by a better team last weekend. Just as you think they are going to go on a run and string a couple of wins together to pull themselves out of danger, they go and lose and slip into trouble again.

City's home form should see them win this one.

Verdict: 2-0

Liverpool v Aston Villa (1600 GMT)

Liverpool v Aston Villa

There is a massive feel-good factor at Anfield. They've had three marvellous results, are in the next round of the Champions League, are back in the title race and their manager has just signed a new contract.

If you look at Villa, results are going against them, they are struggling to score and, would you believe, their own supporters booed them last week which I find quite amazing as they've had a fine season.

With all that in mind I'm going for a Liverpool victory.

Verdict: 2-0
